- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All animal problems are different and require different steps for resolving them. We offer free inspections and a we lay out a easy to understand plan to resolve your animal issue. We offer senior and military discounts of 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you come to us with your wildlife problem we spend time on the phone or in text form to get all the information we can to make an educated guess about what needs done. Next, we visit the home and take measurements, photos, and notes as to what the necessary steps would be. After discussing and explaining the findings with you we can typically begin work the next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Licensed by the state department ODNR to operate under the "Nuisance Wild Animal Control License". Our staff are mentally and physically ready for animal encounters and resolution per their training and long hours of hands on experience.
