I called the company earlier this week about making an appt. The girl on the phone was friendly and helpful. I was lucky they could get me in this week too. I liked that they sent me a text yesterday to give me a time frame of when they would arrive, but they said they would send another text in the morning before 8:30 with a better gauge of the time.. so I did get a text at 8:15 this morning with the time they were coming. I appreciate great service and my gutters look awesome. I like that they take pics to show you before and after! I did set up a service contract for every 6 months with them.. I felt like their prices were good , so I'm happy we found a good company to use...

At this point I am satisfied with the service after a second visit by the same service tech. I have no reason to doubt that the service I requested was completed. The repairs I was expecting where completed on the second visit. I received a prompt response from the owner about my issues and was able to come to an agreement. The tech was young and could probably use more guidance from his supervisor on what to look for to complete his work and have satisfied customers.Original post:I am less than impressed with what I can see so far. I paid for the premium service which include gutter cleaning wash out and repairs. To the best of what I can see the person that came out just used a blower to blow everything out of the gutters. I dont see anything that has been sealed and I know there was a couple of minor repairs. Nothing more than the standard blow out was done as far as I can tell. Not recommended.UpdateI called and logged my complaint with Gutter Now I am expecting a call from a supervisor. In the mean time I received a call from the owner. We reached an agreement to satisfy my complaint. I will revise my review after the service is satisfactory and the agreement is met.
