- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing listed is the starting base for that service. The price may increase after reviewing your questionnaire responses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will email you a service questionnaire to know more about you and your brand. We will then have a 10-15 minute Zoom meeting to discuss your vision and artwork. 50% of your quoted estimate is due for the design process to begin, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due once the final design has been approved. You must submit high-quality, professional photos and all verbiage (please make sure spelling and grammar are correct). I will not accept pixelated or phone image photos for websites, flyers, or business card design orders.

College-level courses
