Webb owner and installer arrived on time and was respectful to our home, wearing shoe covers. We had an eight blade lamp remote control fan that is wired to work with a wall dimmer. The installer made a professional suggestion not to use the wall dimmer and if we were interested he could change it out for us. You did a great job with a soft sale on His additional services. Webb was determined to make sure that we were absolutely happy with his work. When there was an unexpected sound coming from the fan, he was determined to troubleshoot it staying much longer than our appointment time. I appreciate his commitment to do the best job possible and I would certainly recommend hiring Webb installers for your next fan, electrical or home automation jobs.
