FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is important for customers to understand the pricing for the real estate services they are interested in. This includes any discounts that may be available as well as any fees that may be associated with the services. For example, if a customer is interested in property management services, it is important for them to know the cost of these services as well as any additional fees that may be charged for things like advertising the property or screening potential tenants. It is also important for customers to understand if there are any discounts available, such as discounts for long-term contracts or for bundling multiple services together. It is always a good idea for customers to ask about pricing and fees upfront so that there are no surprises and they can make an informed decision about the services they want to utilize.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer involves a few key steps: Initial consultation: I like to start by having an initial consultation with the customer to get a better understanding of their needs and goals. This can be done over the phone or in person, depending on the preference of the customer. Assessing the property: If the customer is interested in property management or renovation services, I will need to assess the property in order to provide an accurate quote and determine the scope of work. Providing a quote: Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation and property assessment, I will provide the customer with a detailed quote outlining the services to be provided and the associated costs. Setting up a contract: If the customer decides to move forward with the services, we will set up a contract outlining the terms of our agreement. This will include details such as the duration of the contract, the scope of work, and any other important details. Getting started: Once the contract is signed, we will begin the work outlined in the agreement. I will keep the customer informed throughout the process and be available to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
