I had a great experience with James, who teamed up with his dad John to take care of a basement at my circa 1920 Cleveland Heights rental property that needed to be scraped and painted, and also needed repairs to some deteriorated wood. They did a stellar job, going above and beyond on all counts. James responded to my request promptly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.
