Mike is an amazing trainer and most importantly an amazing human being. Mike's approach to fitness and wellness is holistic and personalized, which has helped me achieve my goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way. His workouts are challenging but manageable, and he always makes sure to check in on how I'm feeling and adjust the program accordingly. I appreciate his attention to proper form and technique, which has helped me avoid injury and build strength effectively. In addition to the workouts, Mike has also provided invaluable knowledge and guidance to during my fitness journey that has made me care more about fitness than I ever have, he truly spoke to the nerd him and got me interested in learning more about my body. Overall, I highly recommend Mike as a personal trainer to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. He is soo worth it!!

Mike is awesome! He was super speedy to respond to my inquiry and is always on time. Out of all of the trainers and and programs I’ve tried over the years, Mike is the ONLY one to focus on mobility and stretching as part of my workout routine. He will also correct your posture to make sure you are stretching and performing the workouts safely. I suffer from chronic lower back and knee pain and tight hips and I can already tell that working out with Mike is going to change my life! My workouts are well rounded and he’s not one of those trainers who will yell at you or make you feel bad for saying you’re in pain. He will simply adjust and find an equally effective move that feels a bit more comfortable so your workouts are customized to your needs/ability. Plus his gym is private so you don’t have to feel intimidated by already fit people walking around aaand you get to pick your playlist lol In my humble opinion, Mike is your guy!!! 💪🏽

Great trainer. He learns about your body health and then assigns workouts accordingly. He definitely pushes your workouts to help get you into your goal body weight. He’s very encouraging during workouts and wants you to push to increase strength and ability. Highly recommended!
