What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notary (Pro)Travel to Customer Door $5 per Notarial Act plus travel fees below 5 miles or less $25 5 - 10 miles $30 11- 20 miles $35 Anything beyond 20 miles is granted however has to be discussed per the customer and I Customer Travel to Notary (Pro) $5 per Notarial Act plus a $ 10 service fee Deposit Required Upon Booking of $15 which will used towards your final service cost which is invoiced.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with the customer prior to service to determine their needs and location of service. While allowing us both to become comfortable before the services is delivered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a State of Ohio Notary Public Commission, RON (remote online notary) and Loan Signing Agent certification.
