- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent upon the services offered as well as the audience, scope, venue, desired outcome, and length of time among other things. We can price per session, per hour, or per event. Discounts can be offered to non-profits, faith-based organizations, and schools.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to understand the desired outcome and to develop a plan to help our clients reach their objectives. Alternatively, customers can choose an off-the-shelf package if it meets their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our principals have engineering and MBA (Mike) plus nursing and MSM (Toni) degrees. Further, we are a certified John Maxwell speaker, coach, trainer, and DISC consultant as well as a licensed diversity and inclusion trainer.
