I asked Leilani to work up a layout for my apartment that would be functional, homey and cohesive. She did just that and provided a design to inspire me to work on over time. She was fun to work with, cared about my wants and needs for the space and passionate about her work. I would highly recommend her and use her again if the need ever arose. Here are some pictures of my apartment with all my original furniture.

Leilani and her team were a joy to work with. They were able to guide our kitchen remodel in a way we had never considered! I felt that Leilani and her team really took to mind the styles we enjoyed, the functionality we needed, and the flow of our home. They were very receptive to feedback and provided a plan that suited our home and tastes to a tee. Leilani was extremely friendly and polite, very personable, and was, most importantly, knowledgeable. Additionally, we felt we got an amazing value for the cost. We will absolutely be going to Leilani first for any future remodels.

I had my house in the market for several months without much interest, so I decided I needed to stage it. It is a unique house and requires a creative mind with a good eye for design, and Leilani definitely for the bill. She gave me several options within my price range, and then went straight to work. The house looked fantastic and sold quickly! I am so happy with her work and would not hesitate at all in recommending her.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum fee for services is $190, that is a consultation at your house plus a small amount of follow up work. The initial consultation visit fee is waived if the project in larger, however a retainer is do to begin the work on larger projects. I do offer discounts for referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone call, then an initial consult to see the space and brain storm ideas. Then it’s time to think through a project and present a concept. When the concept is agreed upon a package is prepared to document and give instructions for putting the project together. If help is needed to oversee the project, that can also be a service I provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Kent State University. I also have my LEED AP certificate and my NCIDQ certificate. I am currently studying for the EDAC test. Our expertise is in color, furniture and space planning
