Initial Contact: Customers can reach out via Thumbtack and a member of our staff will promptly reply with next steps. Consultation: We schedule a free consultation to discuss the customer’s needs, assess the property, and recommend suitable options. Estimate: After the consultation, we provide a detailed estimate that outlines the scope of work, materials needed, and associated costs. Scheduling: Once the customer approves the estimate, we coordinate a convenient time to start the installation. Installation: Our experienced team conducts the installation, ensuring minimal disruption and adhering to safety standards. Final Walkthrough: After installation, we perform a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any questions. Follow-Up: We follow up post-installation to ensure everything is functioning well and to offer any necessary support or maintenance advice. This process ensures a smooth and transparent experience for our customers from start to finish.
