Cleveland housekeepers did an excellent job with our move-out clean! They were very flexible and moved the date to the next scheduled date as we were not completely moved out. They were functional and thorough- including cleaning refrigerator and oven. Stayed within the estimate cost as well.

There was a couple of things that needed to be redone, and Jose and his wife came right out to see what was needed. He then sent another person out to complete the work and he was super concerned about our satisfaction. And of course, we were more than satisfied. I will use Jose again!!!!!

They were late. Communication with whoever was in charge was terrible. I didn’t get a total or a way to pay until after 3 the next day and then they were calling at 9 PM that same day for payment. Tried to pay before the cleaners left the house, but no one knew how to make the payment. Just a weird experience overall and I wouldn’t use them again.
