I have had my house cleaned several times over the years. I usually doit myself and have never taken over 2/1/2 hours katrina began promptly at 1 and finished after 4. To her credit she asked me to walk through and identify anything that was not done well. The first thing I noticed she didn't do any of the first floor cleaning exceprt gor the msster bedrood carpet floor. Initially when I looked through who you had to offer I chose her because at $125 she wasn’t the cheaoest and I didn’t want to get a low ball and then havecadd ons. . The next time I recieved the cost, it was $150. Then it finally was $175. Even the reminder text stated $150. So that should be fixed. She actually did a very good job after pointing out what needed to be done. I guess the question you want to know “would I hire her back?” i would because she was so willing to do a good job. I gave her a $25 tip almost 44 percent.
