- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can schedule a time to come out to evaluate/repair your fitness equipment. The Flat Rate of $129 includes Troubleshooting and a Complete Preventative Maintenance (we will clean, lubricate, calibrate, tighten and adjust the entire machine). If there is a repair that we can complete without the need for additional parts, the repair will be completed. If a major part or component is needed that we do not have with us because it is machine-specific then an estimate will be provided for the cost of the parts and repairs needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with hello. My biggest priorities have everything to do with getting a feel for the big picture the customer is looking to see. My job is to create YOUR vision, so communication between is vital. I try to remain as open with a customer as possible and always welcome them to be as involved as they like with the services I offer. Some customers want me to just get it done, others like to be more involved in the play by play. What you want is what you'll get.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Been in Business since 2009 and are Fully Licensed to Provide Business in the State of Ohio. We carry a Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Policy and are Authorized Service Providers for virtually every manufacturer of fitness equipment on the market.
