It was a pleasure to have worked with 7tone on an embroidery project that we needed to get done. The process from start to finish has been nothing but a pleasure, and 7tone is incredibly personable and professional with his communications. If we could give him more than 5 stars, we would. He's that great to work with. Additionally, 7tone's service fees are not only just and fair, but he's very transparent about what he charges. He is very punctual and attentive in responding to your questions. The great thing about 7tone is that the communication is clear, and he stays on top of the matters at hand -- whether it's about a certain color, or to discuss preferences, or asking him about his opinion based on past experience with similar projects. He's very open, and will tend to your every need no matter how minute or how complex. The process of getting what we wanted done was simple, painless, and very pleasant. He even goes out of his way to take progress and sample photos of the work so that his client is kept up-to-date with how things are turning out. In the end, the finished embroidery items look incredible, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out (the items we sent him had a fairly small spec window to embroider, but it turned out great). We'll definitely work with 7tone again for any future projects we have.
