Best experience I could have hoped for. I heard these guys were the best and they removed two old clunky fireplace systems in different areas, installed a modern fireplace after having to remodel the chimney some in an older house, and we're so great at communicating throughout. We couldn't believe the quality of the work, just outstanding. They were not at all intimidated by a job that others thought would be twice as expensive and complex. Jomah's team had a few logical options because they also have the HVAC experience to modify venting and furnace work if needed, so I felt really confident in them. Again, so happy I found them and couldn't recommend them more highly. The world needs more teams like eyad and frank!

Thumbtack gave me a Sunday availability, which I did schedule for. Eyad, called on Saturday to see if we could reschedule for Monday morning. Which was no problem, seeing that I had other responsibilities that day. I was just gonna make it happen. Now, the great part . Eyad found my problem, with my Kenmore refrigerator quickly. Showed me the problem. Which was causing me to mop up a mini pool of water, twice daily. And towel changes. Part ordered over the phone, will be back Tuesday to install new filter. Call him! What are you waiting for?

Jomahs had a quick response within 2 hours to my request, and schedule a visit on the same day. once on site, he quickly diagnosed the issue and located bad part, and immediately went out to get the new part, and then get my furnace fixed within a hour. It's bit of expensive he charge for part and job, but the job was done well and he got everything working!

Eyad was available for a same day service as our thermostat went out and the furnace was not running while it was a snow storm and 10 degrees outside. He was available within an hour of the request. He was able to inform us of the issue quickly and completed the work the following day for a great price. He told me he would arrive at 11 am and arrived at 10:40 and called to inform me he was on his way. Eyad explained everything very effectively for us to understand, was very kind, and patient. If any issues arise I will be sure to contact JOMAHS services again. I highly recommend his services.
