- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each quote and/or package is customized to the clients specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically follow up with a phone call to discuss your event and introduce myself. I then follow thru with an email including a questionnaire for you to fill out. After receiving your questionnaire, I schedule a meet and greet to discuss packages and pricing. As soon as the client and I have come to an agreement, all contracts are then emailed or brought to the client to finalize.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10+ years of event coordination experience. Thru past events I have been entrusted to coordinate several and all types of events. I have learned my way thru the planning and coordination business. I utilize my personal skills and development to complete any and all projects that have came my way. I have taken several workshops and online courses, to keep myself up to date with new expectations and new ideas in this business. I have also received a Master Certificate in event coordination.
