Used for a rental property of mine. Ben was very honest, professional and cost effective. Highly recommend to give him a try. He will be honest and let you know if the project is not in his wheel house Basic plumbing toilet issue needed fixed, Needed to re line the bolts and new seal. Also had to replace the flange.
