Great customer service, they were able to tell me what’s wrong with my washing machine right away. Unfortunately my washing machine was old and the part was discontinued, but I will definitely use this company again should any more of my appliances stop working InshaAllah!

I put in for a quote for a dryer repair on Thumbtack and was immediately contacted by First-Choice. They happened to be in the area and could come within an half-hour versus waiting for an appointment and dealing with an undried load of laundry. The technician was extremely professional and prompt. My dryer was quickly repaired as they had the part in their vehicle. I was initially expecting to be without my dryer for a few days, so it was great that they could fit mean in last minute given their already busy schedule. First-Choice definitely deserve the five stars and I will call them in the future for any potential appliance issues (hopefully not anytime soon).
