Demetrious did a Superb job with our issue! He was very responsive and prompt, as well as reassuring. He investigated and was able to locate the access points and path of the raccoon right away. Due to the fact we have a roofing job scheduled this needed immediate attention. Otherwise, we might have had to reschedule the roofing job because of the raccoons, in no way could that happen due to the roofs severity. So I am gracious to have come across Demetrious and would not hesitate to recommend him or even utilize his service again.

The work seems to be okay so far but the communication and punctuality is not great. The first visit the provider rescheduled three different times in the same day and was still late. I had to request a receipt multiple times. I had to request the follow up treatment date multiple times. The date I was given, no one showed up or told me they weren’t coming. I messaged and was told someone would arrive the day after. Still haven’t received the second treatment yet 🤷‍♀️
