I am a former dancer who fell in love with yoga and meditation as a way to ground, center, and stay healthy! I am a certified 200hr E-RYT, trained at the Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India. My background is in Ashtanga yoga but I primarily teach a versatile Vinyasa flow or Hatha. I am also certified in mat Pilates, so I can provide a variety of instruction, whether you want to restore and relax or sweat and energize!

My pricing fluctuates slightly depending on the requested length of the class and how far I have to travel. I accept cash or check that can be paid either at each session, or in advance. Please understand that I do not excuse payment for cancelled sessions without at least 12 hours notice.
