This is my second time working with this company and both jobs have been fantastic. Drew was on time, incredibly professional, and very helpful. I was worried about mounting such a large tv, but Drew had zero worries and assured me everything would be perfectly fine. And you can’t beat the quality of work for the price.

We’ve had a good number of projects done in and around the house and have never been more satisfied with each aspect of a project as we are with Alek’s services. Outstanding! Highly recommended! Every aspect exceeded expectations! Communicated very well to understand the project. Quoted a fair price on the front end. Set a date that was accommodating for us all, which ended up being a Saturday morning. Weather was very rainy and Alek drove from Cincinnati to our house in Dayton and was prompt and called on the way to the house to mention his ETA. Arrived ready to get the job started. Communicated very well during the project in order to meet and ended up exceeding all expectations. Wall mount is great quality and how it is hung on the wall is perfect. His recommendations were right on. Cleanup was very thorough and we could not be happier with the overall experience. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am confident that I offer the best value for all my services and I also have a referral program where customers can receive $15 for every person they refer to me! Customers looking for help with moving/uninstalling/reinstalling TV's and other equipment receive special discounts if working with a Coldwell Banker agent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can connect via text or feel free to call me directly. Unless you are moving and have multiple services needed, coming out for a quote is not usually necessary. Sending pictures is helpful but also not always necessary. We can quickly discuss the pertinent details via text/phone call and I will get started as soon as you're ready!
