I can’t say enough about Aaron. We had some shutters fall off during a bad storm and he came out the next day and not only fixed what we knew was broken, he also checked the other shutters and made the necessary adjustments. Would recommend and would use again.

I would recommend Aaron’s services. I originally reached out to Aaron to fix my detached gutters and install new gutter guards. When Aaron came out, he took his time to thoroughly inspect my roof, taking pictures of issues he saw and his thoughts on how to resolve them. When him and his crew performed the work, everyone went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Price was extremely reasonable for the work performed.

Aaron from Property Keepers came out and took at least an hour to inspect my roof. He took many pictures to show me areas that needed maintenance, with a cost breakdown for each task. There was nothing serious wrong with my roof, but it could stand a bit of maintenance. They needed to order a chimney cap, and once that arrived a few days later, they came out and did the work just as thoroughly as the inspection. Gutters cleaned, chimney cap installed, nails hammered back down, valleys painted, boots replaced, and one roofing corner repaired. All was done for a fair price. Great job. When I have future needs, I will turn to them. Oh -- and they didn't try me to sell me a new roof. I still have a few years left with the one I have, they said. The work was done by Aaron and an assistant. I like dealing with the same person who knows what's going on. Great job.
