- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For sellers: I am a full service agent and will give you a comprehensive marketing analysis to determine the value of your home, marketing plan and a staging consultation. Once I list your home, my team will create custom marketing materials, and execute the agreed upon marketing plan. Once we have a sale, you will be responsible to pay a commission which will be taken out of proceeds at closing. For buyers: There is generally no charge to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation first to determine if I am able to help the prospective client with their needs and then I like to meet in person to see if we would be a good fit for each other and to explain the process of buying or selling a property with my and my group.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've managed businesses including the marketing strategy for my entire life. I stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices for real estate and general business. I also am very familiar with most areas of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky and make an effort to visit new places.
