$65 per hour session in person. $200 per month (online training only).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will run a complete assessment that will help us evaluate your fitness level, current goals, habits and will decide what the ideal program is. Evaluating injuries, diet, job demands, time and more is very important as well before making a commitment that will work for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University of Cincinnati Exercise science student. Certified personal trainer by ACE & NASM as corrective exercise specialist. Certified by TRX as suspension trainer. United states soccer federation C license coach.
