She was very easy to work with. I did not have to stay with her and give constant direction. Jennifer worked efficiently and independently on a variety of projects and areas of my home. She had great suggestions for ways to organize or reorganize in a better way to fit my needs. There was no pressure from her for me to change what I valued. I would definitely hire her again.

They say when someone is good at something, they tend to stick with it. They also say if someone does something they love to do for a living, they never work a day in their life. Jennifer has found her purpose in life. I think it's making other people's lives better. I think she'll stick with it for two reasons: 1) She's very good at it; 2) She loves what she's doing. While she will never work a day in her life, don't get me wrong...she is a VERY Hard Worker. She works non-stop from the moment she gets there and says good morning. You'd think that was enough of a reason to hire her, but it gets better. She does a better job organizing your home than you would (seriously). Let me explain. Where and how she puts items will impress you, whether they be in your kitchen's spice rack or pantry or bathroom's medicine cabinet or linen closet, or your garage's work bench or tools rack. You might often think, "OH, that's a great idea, I wouldn't have thought of that!" She obviously puts a lot of thought into how and where stuff is stored. The end result seems so logical and functional you will think often that she did a better job than you would have yourself. You will feel like she really cares about you when she's done. The reason for this is because she does. We felt that way after she helped us move in, so much so we brought her back later to organize our minutia like office, files, libraries, junk drawers, and photo albums, etc. Now that we're organized, my wife tells me, "NOW, DON'T MESS IT ALL UP, PUT EVERYTHING BACK JUST THE WAY IT WAS." We are not done with Jennifer. My wife tells me we're going to get her back to help with spring organizing!

My downstairs living area was completely disheveled. Over 2 days Jennifer helped me clean up and organize my bedroom, kitchen, and living room. My dining area had items strewn around from 8 years back. The most crucial thing that Jennifer did was organizing my daughters toys in a cabinet she recommended and assembled.
