Working with Kyle was a fantastic experience - I cannot recommend him enough if you are looking for someone to help you with nutrition/training. I originally hired Kyle to help me get in better shape for the 6 months leading up to my wedding, but loved working with him so much that I ended up still working with him another 9 months after that! His workouts were great, the nutrition was easy to understand and follow and really tailored to me - not just a template that everyone follows. He took what I already ate in a day and helped me to tweak it to hit my goals. He also helped me figure out how to eat treats and still get results, which is the ultimate dream! I was far from perfect half the time, but he was always encouraging and motivating. Anytime I got tired of a food or workout, he was always offering solutions to get me re-motivated and back on track. He was also great at explaining why we were doing things a certain way and helped me to gain confidence to eventually be able to take charge of my own nutrition and training. I went through a "cut" phase to lose weight before my wedding, a "bulk" phase to start gaining some muscle after, and then another cut phase to lean back out with my new muscle tone. I trusted the process and Kyle did not lead me astray! I was very happy with my results and will continue to use the knowledge and skills that Kyle taught me to continue to better myself. Thank you Kyle! You can't go wrong choosing him to be your trainer.

I am in the second month of my training with Kyle, and hence day one I was convinced of how knowledgeable he is; he goes straight to the point and the training hasn't been easy, but not impossible either; I don't come from a big body but definitely I was working out with sort of no guidance and was getting nowhere, with Kyle's guidance I have been able to see changes :) Nutrition is definitely key! Kyle has tailored a program where I don't starve nor I give up in entirely everything I like, but has taught in a way of how portions work and how nutritious food + exercise are the best combo, I still have tons to work on and to learn but it's been a great experience so far and I definitely recommend anyone, in any fitness level, to try him out!

Kyle has been my nutritionist for about 7 months now. When I first started I had no idea about nutrition, I was lost trying to find something that worked for me. When I started with Kyle he taught me so much about nutrition, counting Marcos, and he always found ways to make my plan work for me. He has always been extremely helpful and responsive, always asking about what changes we can make to improve my experience with him and answers very quickly. With kyles help I am now around 15 pounds down!! I never thought I would be in the shape I am today, and I have no doubt he had a huge part of it. I cannot stress this enough if you are looking for a great nutritionist... Kyle is it!!

My experience with Kyle has been nothing but positive. He’s always responsive and able to adjust a plan based on whatever factors come up (injury, work travel, change in goals, change in metabolism or body response). Even the times I might start to question, “is this going to work?” and just a few days later my body responds (positively) in ways I would not have expected. Definitely great with the programming (nutrition AND training). I have shoulder injuries restricting the ability to press and bench press heavy, but he found effective workarounds allowing me to still build strength and size in muscle groups that I was targeting (chest and shoulders). The injuries limit my ability to back squat (shoulder racking the bar is not the best feeling for my shoulders now), and he adjusted the programming so I could still hit my legs hard and effectively. I would recommend Kyle to anyone regardless of their goals.
