Had our concrete poly raised today, and exceeded our expectations! We had our patio and sidewalk leading down to it sinking horribly! When Mike E. Taylor arrived, he explained everything he was going to do and went to work immediately. The quality of work was beyond what we believed could be completed, considering the condition of our patio especially. When we are paying for work to be done we expect quality, and we got exactly that. Plus, with Mike E. Taylor, we received the quality, professionalism, great attitude and personality that everyone should expect!!! and then some! Thank you so much Ohio Basement Authority and Mike E. Taylor

Giving Nick Kraus at Ohio Basement Authority 5 stars. I have some minor leakage in the basement of my newly owned home. Rather than quote for me for a $25,000 repair, Nick provided me with a much cheaper, DIY option that would directly address the leakage issue. So though I am not using OBA's services at this time, they will now be my first call when/if I need them in the future. Thanks Nick!

Contacted them in regards to a main beam replacement and crawlspace waterproofing. Mathew Fincum came to do the estimate and was extremely through. The email I received described the process completely including the 5 yrs of coming out to check and make adjustments as necessary. . I had a competitor do an estimate as well was nowhere as thorough and did not include any adjustments. When the crew arrived (over the 2 days we had Iran, Chris, Zack, and Javier) they were courteous and set to work immediately. At the end of each I reviewed/received photos of their work. Additionally I looked into our crawlspace and am very well pleased with their work. In short 5 Stars, I definitely recommend Ohio Basement Authority!
