- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Top Shelf Maid Cleaning offers one-time move in/out cleaning, comprehensive deep cleaning, as well as weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings. We will listen to your needs and priorities and create a package that fits your needs and budgets. We are more interested in doing what you want us to do than we are telling you what we will do for a certain price. We value your time by setting appointment times rather than time windows and do not change prices or "upsell" when in the customers home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are the life-blood of our business. Ideally we would like to come out and view the job and see what your priorities and problem areas are. Then we would like, again idealy, to start with a deep clean followed by a monthly, bi-weekly or weekly cleaning program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is a transplant that moved here to be with his small son. He owned a successful carpet cleaning business back east for 5 years and has over 20 years of customer service experience. Has a degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
