Andrew contacted me promptly & visited the house to give me a quote. We scheduled the service for 12/15. Weather was bad so we rescheduled for 12/21 at 9:00 am. When I didn't hear from them by 10:00 am on the 21st, I sent a message thru Thumbtack. No response. Tried calling the number I had for him & left messages 3 times before 11:30. No response to any of them. It is three days later and I still haven't heard from them. I had to reschedule a house showing due to the window cleaners who were SUPPOSED to be there in the morning. What has happened to work ethic and being considerate of others??? Hire this company at your own risk.
