- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for staging with Design To Market is prepared on a custom basis depending on the needs of each client. We do not charge to visit the property and prepare an initial quote. When a full consultation is requested, we do an on site review of the entire property and a written report is presented for $235.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with each client prior to scheduling a meeting. The process is explained and we proceed with an appointment based on the clients' preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jo Potvin, the owner, has an undergraduate degree in Maketing from McGill University in Montral and an MBA from Xavier University. Lead Designer, Lisa Mellott, has an Interior Design degree from Iowa State University. Prior to starting Design To Market in 2004 Jo spent 18 years in the corporate world in sales with companies such as Xerox, Lexis Nexis, and Dun & Bradstreet. Lisa spent the equivalent in Interior Design in several cities throught the US. Our team of stagers have a range of design related degrees and experience. Design To Market has been staging homes in Greater Cincinnati since 2004.
