Absolutely a fantastic team who did quality work! I used their website to request a call back so we could talk about my issue, which was a broken spring on my garage door. I got a call back promptly, and during the conversation, I was then forwarded to one of the owners. After a discussion about the issue, we settled on a day & time for them to come evaluate and provide a free quote. They showed up inside the time window, and I received a text communication ahead of arrival with information about the technician. My wife was the one who met him, and he was very professional and courteous. After looking everything over, he provided the estimate. My wife was so impressed with them in person, the technician along with one of the owners who came with him, that we decided on the spot to let them do the repair same-day. Their estimate came in very close to what I was expecting, so we cancelled plans to have other companies quote the work. The only downside to the whole experience was somehow the technician himself had a wrong number for contacting me, even though I received the text from the company ahead of arrival. I would definitely use them again!

To say I waited too long to fix my garage door is an understatement. I was recommended to ProLift and I am blown away with the professionalism, efficiency and communication. My system was replaced and installed by Spencer and hes a gem! I no longer have to get out of my car to open and shut my door! Its so quiet and I feel like a superstar now! Cannot recommend ProLift enough! A+++

I had a garage door tune-up. The technician, Spencer, was friendly and helpful. I got lots of information about my garage door and opener for very minimal cost--highly recommend, especially if you want to check on noise issues or something you're not sure about.

I was so happy with the service from ProLift Garage Doors! The tech Spencer was super helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly to me. My garage door tension was too tight and loosened it so it shut properly. He also greased my garage door chains so there wasnt any noisy movement when opening and closing it.and a great surprise was the aroma - he left my garage smelling so citrusy fresh. I will definitely be calling them for any other needs I have concerning my garage door!
