- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is different and so are our client's needs. We take that into account and have offerings to fit most budgets and desires. We also provide a host of rental inventory for the client who has a designer mind and the desire to it him/herself. Our full-service design and coordination services require a customized quote based on clients needs. Our balloon decor starts at $25per linear foot. Unfortunately, we are unable to install balloons provided by clients. Our balloons are sourced from trusted vendors that have been vetted and guarantee we can provide the quality displays that our clients desire. We also provide backdrops, displays, and a host of other services that are custom priced to best suit our client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love getting to know our clients and their needs. For starters, potential clients complete a contact form with some of the important details of their celebration. Then we review and determine if we can be a good fit followed by a conversation to discuss any details not mentioned and supply a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout my career in television, I have spent countless hours coordinating and executing events. In 2020 I launched my own event production business and have handled event details for hundreds of clients since. While I do believe application and practice are the best teachers, I am constantly working to enhance and sharpen skills.
