FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat fees on some services such as bankruptcies, dissolutions and estate planning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first conduct an initial consultation. There is no charge for a phone consultation for a bankruptcy, however our domestic relations consults are $100 for half an hour. We then send a fee agreement and questionnaire. Once those are completed, we start working with you to resolve your legal issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree from Chase and an undergraduate degree from WKU. I have been practicing law since 2012. I am currently licensed in three states: Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. I am a certified estate planner, master certified estate planner and completed the coursework for the accredited estate planner designation. I worked for the military for 20 years before retiring as a Major. At the time of retirement I was managing three judge advocates.
