Why go anywhere else? Curt is awesome. Best Buy Geek Squad came up empty but Curt solved the problem in 1 day. Geek Squad promised 12 weeks. Lol. Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I give a 100% recommendation to Data Recovery Cincinnati if you ever need this type of a service. I would use him again in a heartbeat.Curtis at Data Recovery Cincinnati really helped me out. I had a simple flash drive storing some sensitive data and it mechanically broke. Curtis was able to recover 100% of the data from the chip and put it on a new flash drive for me. The service was not cheap but the value of my data was worth it.

Panic set in when my external hard drive where all of my work docs and photos were stored quit working. I called Curtis at Data Recovery Cincinnati. Curtis was sympathetic, reassuring, and professional! I dropped the drive off to him on Monday afternoon and the next afternoon he called to tell me that he was 90% certain that all of my data could be retrieved. He sent me a contract for the price of recovery and gave me an estimated completion date. Then called me on Friday and said I could pick it up Monday morning. One week turn around, retrieved all of the data, professional and sympathetic, kept me informed throughout the process, and included a 1TB external hard drive in the price!! I would HIGHLY recommend Curtis at Data Recovery Cincinnati!

Pricing for data recovery is based on a few pieces if information. 1. the storage capacity of the hard drive or drives. 2. what is exactly wrong with the drive? We will try to determine as much as possible over the phone so we can get you the most accurate quote possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone conversation to fully understand the situation. Not all data recovery processes are the same. 2nd, we perform a free diagnostic to make sure what we try and understand over the phone is truly the case. 3rd, we will email you an invoice and report outlining what needs to be done in terms of data recovery. Lastly, you the customer then decide if you want to proceed with the data recovery.
