All GetTeck staff receive 20 hours of additional training a year so we can provide the very best support to our customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for computers and after many years in the corporate world in IT Management I decided to start GetTeck - and I have never looked back since!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common work is as follows: - Physical computer and phone repair such as broken screens and hard drive issues. - The removal of viruses and malware - as well as the repair of the damage caused by the infection. - Management of small and medium business computer systems. We take care of everything from system acquisition to the administration of servers and accounts.
