I couldn’t be more pleased with By the Pack’s service. I had several electrical outlets and switches replaced with new. They got the job done quickly, and the pricing was very affordable considering the cost that an electrician quoted me for the job. I liked that when the job was complete they explained the wiring tester that plugs into outlets and showed me that the wiring was correct on the new outlets. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and I’ll be using them again myself.

Needed stairs on my deck repaired. Turns out there was more than I could see…they showed me everything so I could see what was bad and what was good. They rebuilt using the same cedar wood as the rest of the deck. They are meticulous and very detail oriented. They had all the right tools for the job and everything was done professionally. At the end of each day, the work space was perfectly cleaned. I would definitely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them!
