- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on a sliding scale, the longer the engagement, the less the hourly rate. Generally, for coordinating and performing the music, I charge $200 for the first hour, and much less for each additional hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss with a customer how I can implement their vision for music at their event. Then I send them a music planning sheet with suggestions, a list of fees associated with the music ensemble they have selected and an agreement, outlining what I and the customer have agreed to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a doctorate in violin performance, and many years of experience as a classical, jazz and bluegrass violinist/fiddler
