- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start your process by having you fill out an inquiry form; it is the best way for us to gather all of the necessary details about your event to begin the planning process. From there, we may ask a few additional questions before sending you an estimate. Once the 50% deposit is paid, you are locked in on your selected day and time of your event. We then curate a color palette together to finalize your color/theme choices. 5 days prior to your event, your final payment is due.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our biggest tip is to know what your budget is. That is going to make sure we are both on the same page and ensure that we are in fact the right business for the job.
