We have called Ben more than once to service our refrigerator and this time we had issues with our dishwasher. He is knowledgeable and does great work. He shows up on time, but if he is running late, he always communicates with us. If there is an issue that needs follow up, he will follow up.

I really cannot say enough good things about Dwight. Knowledgeable, great price, fast at booking the appointment, and the service speaks for itself. The love of my life (my oven) quit working, but he got it temporarily working until the part came in and the installation took only a part of my lunch hour. Appliances are always scary to repair because it feels as if you should just buy new, but I didn't need to, he was extremely fairly priced. Don't bother calling anyone else.
