I had trouble getting my dishwasher to work post install and they agreed to come out to look at it. But prior to coming out, they asked many detailed questions on how my installation process went. They help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone (a light switch that served as the physical shut off) and I was off and running. Even though they did not perform any physical work, they’re past experience in work similar to this helped solve my issue. If I’m in need of another similar installation, definitely starting my search with Alpha installations.

Alpha Installations did an incredible job installing my over-the-range microwave. Even though I didn’t have the template, they were still able to complete the install and were very professional. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the technician who warned me when they were going to start drilling so that I could bring my infant to a quieter part of the house. I would definitely hire them again!
