- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are conveniently available 8-8, seven days a week, with more than 1,000 time slots available a week for you to choose from. You’ll never have to wait days for a HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains technician to arrive at your home. Calling HELP means you’ll get an appointment scheduled when it’s convenient for you and your family. We complete 99.6% of all service calls the same day they were called in. We will always be there at the time we promise. When you schedule a service call, we will give you a specific window that our technician will arrive at your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When a HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Drains technician comes to your home, you can feel confident knowing he is the most experienced, and best-qualified in the region. We’re amazingly picky on who joins the HELP team. All of our technicians have to meet rigorous preemployment standards, including a technical aptitude test, drug screening, federal, state, and local background search, DMV check, and reference verification. And every tech receives more than 200 hours of training each year to keep up to date on new technologies, which makes HELP Techs the best of the best.
