Introduction

We have a wonderful facility, With 14 lesson horses of all riding levels. Our instructor is very positive and thorough and fun while being safe and caring of both the horse and the rider. We have been in business over 25 years and enjoy an excellent reputation. We give lessons, board horses, camps, showing, training. Please visit our website and give Conni a call. I love meeting all the great people and love watching the interaction between horse and rider. We have known thousands of people in over 25 years. Many of my students have made careers in horsemanship. Our riders have learned properly and developed a love of horsemanship that has lasted a lifetime. We are now on second generation horsemanship as students bring their children to us

This place is awesome. I loved riding here only reason I stopped was because of being overwhelmed with school and would love to start back up again one day soon. The owners are great and trainers are super nice.

I've been very impressed with Conni and the entire staff at Summer Wind. We initially started with just my daughter riding but now I've gotten back into the sport as well and we get to ride together. I've really appreciated their flexibility and have been wonderful to work with.

Excellent place! I love it! I've learned a lot already. The trainers and students and everyone at the stables are very nice. its a team effort and everyone helps everyone to learn more. I was looking for a place that taught me how to take care of horses and help me prepare for horse ownership and I have to say Ive found that here! the horses are very nice and well mannered as well and give you the right amount of challenge to allow you to grow and learn how to properly ride. Price-wise, it is very affordable, especially for a college-student like myself. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I do on my website. It is very detailed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We teach new riders how to get their horses ready on their own called a tack lesson. We give tack lessons until a rider can get their horse ready in their own. We are very thorough with the basics of horsemanship which enables our riders to enjoy any style of riding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 50 years of experience in horses. My instructor is a college graduate and had been riding most of her life. She has shown and has experience to take riders to shows. We are not focused on showing only. We like to do many things with our skills and offer students a wide variety of activities
