Even went as far as to do some light checks of how air is coming through my house and recommendations he had for future improvements. Andrew was great! He knows his stuff! Very patient, answered all our questions, didn't make us feel dumb or anything (first time homeowners with a repair issue). Gave us our options and the pros and cons of each and let us decide. Would definitely call them again if we need a plumber!

While they were a bit higher in price than other quotes, They offered american made, which is very important to me. They also had excellent customer service, answering all questions very quickly. They arrived on time and performed the work efficiently and professionally. The only negative is that the original hole that was drilled would not work, so now I have a section of pipe that is visible down the side of my house, but it was not for a lack of trying. Just would have been better if they drilled the hole before setting the unit, that way, they could have hid the pipe with the unit. With that said, they did a excellent job with the finish, making sure everything was sealed up and looked neat and tidy. no trash or mess left behind, All in all, very well done!
