In addition to holding various roles in the culinary world, I have also appeared on several cooking shows, including Hell’s Kitchen on Fox. My love of farm-to-table dishes that evoke comfort grew organically during my Wyoming childhood. I have worked on a guest ranch and at an award-winning restaurant during my 10-plus years in the industry. Starting off as a pastry chef I made the transition to savory and fell in love.

We recently hired Charlene as our personal chef for a four course dinner and couldn't be happier with the experience! From the initial consultation to the final meal, everything was incredibly easy and stress-free. Charlene was incredibly responsive to our questions and requests, and always maintained a professional demeanor. But most importanty, the food was absolutely delicious! Chef Charlie was easy to work with and provided us with an amazing meal. I hired her to cook dinner for 4 adults while on vacation. The food was excellent and she easily navigated our request for the meal to be gluten free. She was prompt and professional. My friends and I had such an amazing time I failed to take any pics of the food but we had Cajun meatballs, arugula and fig salad with champagne vinaigrette, etouffe and lemon mousse with berries. The lemon mousse was probably the most surprising dish - it had the perfect texture and was beyond delicious. I would not hesitate to work with her again.

There are not enough stars to rate our experience with Chef Charlie. The entire time working with her was amazing, from concerting the menu to watching her do her magic. And finally to enjoying the fabulous dinner she prepared. We hired her for a private dinner party and my guests said it was the best steak they’d ever eaten. I will 100% be hiring Charlie again.
