- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on many factors, but mainly the needs of the client. Weddings are quoted based on hours of coverage, and Engagement sessions start at $250. A standard headshot session starts at $200. Most sessions include a consultation, all usable images from the session with basic color correction and enhancements , as well as one or more fully retouched image. I will work with clients to determine their needs and adjust accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone consultation is usually in order to hone in on a customers expectations. For weddings and other special needs, there may be in-person visits as well. At the session or event, I use a collaborative approach while coaching my subjects that produces the best possible results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been shooting for 8 years, and have developed my skills through many genres of photography including wedding/engagement, commercial, product, event, landscape, and portraits. I realized early on that I have an eye and passion for photography and was self taught. I believe photographers portfolio is what shows the quality of their training.
