FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on size and scope of work. Some items that influence cost are: -Will a design need to be created or does the customer have a finished design? -What surface will the piece be painted on? -Will travel be required? -How many colors will be included?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to have a conversation via phone or Zoom to determine if Untitled Painting Co. is the right fit for your job. Typically any preliminary designs, dimensions, or photos of the space will be emailed or texted. A date/time is then secured for an initial in-person consultation. Depending on the information provided, a "Scope of Work/Quote" can sometimes be typed up and sent over before meeting in-person. However, this is not always the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my BFA in Painting from Kent State in 2014. I have been painting and drawing since I was a kid. Recently I have worked in real estate/home improvement industry and ultimately decided to branch off and start my own company that was more centered around my interests and unique skillset.
