Pat and his guys did a wonderful job on our floors! They even undercut the fireplace to make it look like the floors where installed before the fireplace. They worked fast and efficiently to get the job done.

Pat was great to work with. On time, professional, and skilled. Even though my job was just a rental property reno, he put in the same effort and quality into his work that one would expect on a much nicer home. Work performed was kitchen tile, plumbing, cabinetry, vinyl flooring, drywall, demo, and framing. I'm very happy with the work. You get what you pay for and he was fantastic. Highly recommended.

I went into this whole process not knowing anyone specifically. I googled this site, typed in my project and read a bunch of reviews/looked at pictures of completed jobs. I contacted a few businesses and got a few quotes. Not only did Pat's price beat the other guys, he was the most prompt with his responses and is just a generally easy guy to get along with. As for his craftsmanship, well, he's second to none. His work far exceeded my expectations. He laid down 900 ft2 of 3/4 in hickory throughout my entire 1st floor alone, and it turned out magnificent. From this experience, I have taken 5 key things that anyone should consider when hiring a craftsman. Pat excels in ALL of these attributes. 1) Fair 2) Honest 3 )Prompt 4) Quality of work 5) Attitude/demeanor
