- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All donuts for all events are priced as published in our menu. Delivery is $2 per mile from the store. Rental for equipment pieces range from $25 to $50 depending on pieces needed. Services are at $25 per hour per person (includes set up time or decorators remaining on site for Donut Bar events).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My preview is to meet in person and discuss your needs and let you taste some donuts. Quantity needed really depends on what other foods are served and whether a meal is plated or buffet. We can also do this by telephone if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nothing Formal. All of my education has been hands on in customer service and or food and I've learned to listen to determine peoples needs and respond creatively to make them happy!
