Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I needed my dryer vents cleaned and instead received a wealth of knowledge! This included the proper dryer vent I needed which costs much less than the dryer vent cleaning!!

Erik came out to re-stretch carpet we had installed several years ago by another company that now had several areas where it rippled or bubbled. We also needed a corner area of carpet removed and a patch put in where there was a stain. Altek was quick to respond to my thumbtack request and have Erik give me a call to setup a time for the estimate. Erik came out the next day for the estimate and said he could have done the work right then but needed his extra long poles for the stretcher because he had to be able to go across the entire width of our basement. He came back out the following morning and worked for about 2 hours stretching the carpet properly and getting all the wrinkles/bubbles out and patching the area with the stain. The patched area is invisible to see where it is and the carpet is smooth again. Thank you so much Erik & Altek for the good work and your promptness in getting it done. I have called other carpet repair companies and haven't even had a response! I would definitely recommend Altek & Erik.
